Beastie Boys ft. Santigold – 'Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win' & Album Stream

Whoop! Can't say that I've been overly excited about the new and eight Beastie Boys album "Hot Sauce Committee Part Two" that drops next week, the third of May but even I can be wrong, this track called 'Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win' made me rethink my previous statement.

The track features Santigold (who is booked for Way Out West in Gothenburg at the end of the summer, soo stoked for that one) and is one of very few features of "Hot Sauce Committee Part Two". Pre-order the album here (and stream the entire album here) and have a listen to the track below:

Britney Spears ft. Nicki Minaj & Ke$ha – 'Till the World Ends' (Remix)

Still quite fresh off the news that Nicki Minaj will announce her sophomore effort by September, with the album set to drop within the next 12 months and that she will join (and replace Enrique Iglesias) Britney Spears on her upcoming Femme Fatale-tour that begins June 16th in Sacramento, Calif, Nicki now teams up with Britney and Ke$ha (who also wrote the original version together with Dr. Luke, Alexander Kronlund and Max Martin) for a nice little remix of Britney's current single 'Til the World Ends'.

Beyoncé - 'Run the World (Girls)' Official Single Version

So, here's the official final single version of the lead single of Beyoncé's forthcoming album that will land this summer and the final title of the song is 'Run the World (Girls)'. And to clarify, Diplo is not credited for the production, Switch has been involved but the additional production is made by Shea Taylor and BeyBey.

Listen to the final version below and buy the single off iTunes here.

The official video, directed by Francis Lawrence, is also expected to drop soon.

Beyoncé - 'Run the World (Girls)'

Rumours have been flying around like crazy that Diplo would be involved on Beyoncé's fourth studio album (scheduled to drop around June) and I sure hope this new single 'Girls (Who Run The World)' is not all BeyBey and the big Dippers have cooked up together cause this production just contains a sample of Major Lazer's 'Pon De Floor' from 2009.

But I'm not gonna lie, I'm like the fly with sugar, the moth to the flame etc. for female empowering songs like this and I LOVE 'Run the World (Girls)' with every inch of my body. Have a listen below:

Jessie J - 'Price Tag' Live on Jay Leno

Last night Jessie J stopped by the CBS studios and the man with the chin to perform her current US-single 'Price Tag' (sans B.o.B) which currently lies on the top 10 in 20 different countries:

Santigold ft. Karen O - 'Go' (prod. by Q-Tip)

Yes, it was only a matter of time before Jay-Z would jump the bandwagon on journalism but as long as his Life + Times continue to feature great cuts like this I'm not gonna complain even thou I really don't see the need for his site at all.

This new track from Santigold features Karen O from the Yeah yeah Yeahs and is produced by Q-Tip in collaboration with Santi and Switch and Nick Zinner lies behind the guitars. read an excerpt from the interview Santi did with the site talking about the track and grab 'Go' below:

Life + Times: What does 'GO' represent for you?

Santigold: In this song, 'GO' has a dual meaning. On one hand it’s a challenge, beckoning any would-be usurpers to come show and prove. On the other, it’s a call to myself to rise to the occasion. 'Go' is a “fun” song. It’s playful, but like many of my songs, lyrically it was an opportunity for me to vent. It’s about the difficulties of holding onto what’s yours, everything from your ideas and energy, to your confidence. As artists, we give so much and make ourselves vulnerable. Sometimes it’s hard to stay grounded. You get so caught up in all that you have to do to constantly deliver, then suddenly you realize you’re so far from where you started that you almost don’t remember the way back.

Oh My! - 'Run This Town'

The past weeks I've really been missing Lolita Storm. You know, Alec Empire's fucked up noisy girls who released "GFSU" (Girls Fucking Shit Up) over a decade ago on DHR. Then this new girl duo called Oh My! formed by Alex and Jade turned up in my inbox and made my heart race little faster by excitement, actually getting some good Lolita Storm vibes from their 'Run This Town'.

Oh My! are two friends from school and they named themselves after a lyric from one of their favourite songs, Tweet's and Missy Elliott's anthem 'Oops (Oh My)' and currently they are planted on 679 artists – the home of Plan B, Marina and The Diamonds, Little Boots and The Streets. David Guetta ft. Nicki Minaj & Flo'Rida - 'Where Dem Girls At?'

After David Guetta premiered his new single 'Where Dem Girls At?' featuring Nicki Minaj and Flo'Rida at Carnaval of Salvador de Bahia in Brazil a couple of weeks ago it was only a matter of time before the proper version would made it's way onto the streets of Internet, blame 2DB.

The single officially drops in May, listen below, I don't give much for Flo'Rida's part but just wait 'til Nicki's verse come on, as I said last time, she kills it:

Kelly Rowland ft. Lil Wayne - 'Motivation' Official Video

Here goes the official visuals for Kelly Rowland's 'Motivation' single featuring Lil Wayne taken off Rowland's third album which drops this summer, directed by Sarah Chatfield:

Nicki Minaj ft. Jazze Pha - 'Real Pimpin'

Here's another unheard one from Nicki Minaj out on the loose. The track is called 'Real Pimpin' and features Jazze Pha on the hook and it feels old, like some binned old mixtape track pre "Beam Me Up Scotty", or probably it's some early leftover from "Pink Friday". Well, I might be wrong, it could also be something to be featured on Jazze Pha's upcoming "Ladies And Gentlemen"-release? However, Nicki's verse is absolutely hilarious:

And this is going up when you see me in my skirt
When they see me, I go uhh, leave them bitches in the dirt
When they see me they go ohh yeah bitch there puts in work
And I'm fucking with (beep) the so I make that pussy squirt, squirt, squirt, squirt, squirt I'mma make that pussy squirt

When I Was 17: Jessie J

In her episode of MTV's "When I Was 17" Jessie J takes us back to 2005-06 and her teens when she used to do nails at a toy store to pay off her singing lessons, fashion, planning a facial tattoo of a music note, dieting gone wrong, being a fan on ANTM, loving her some KanYe West and much more:

Shystie's Back with 'Headbanger' off New Mixtape "Pirates" & Fireworkz Collabo 'Limb by Limb'

Whoop whoop! I'm not gonna lie, been waiting for this for soooo long. Except for "Dubplate Drama" it was long ago since Chanelle Calica aka. Shystie dropped something bigger than singles, actually it was her "Grand Theft Audio" mixtape back in 2006 (grab it here). But now she's back!

Been expecting this new collaboration between her and Fireworkz for a couple of months and first she's featured on Firewkorkz brand new 'Limb by Limb' together with Bounty Killer, Ghetts & Trilla. Fireworkz also produced Shystie's new hot track called 'Headbanger' taken off her upcoming mixtape "Pirates", which is expected do drop soon. Peep the lyrical video for 'Headbanger' and listen to 'Limb by Limb' below:

New Nicki Minaj Verse Produced by Boi-1da & Hit-Boy Take Shots at Lil' Kim

Among the people I follow on Twitter, most are female rappers and some days ago I saw some interesting tweets that their A&R's wanted them to fire some shots at Nicki Minaj, however they all expressed their dislike to that, that why should they do that, just to get some lame ass 20 seconds in the limelight like Keys? That leads me on to this new diss verse by Nicki that Funkmaster Flex unleashed a couple of hours ago and well, I guess it was only a matter of time before it came, even if I personally hoped that Nicki just would raise above this fuckery with Lil' Kim once and for all. Have anyone received their "Black Friday"-mixtape yet for that matter?

But I really like this one (that some people call 'Tragedy' which is not the real title of the song if you do your research), the production by Boi-1da & Hit-Boy and I can't wait for the final full version to surface, which will appear on some other persons album in the near future, most likely it's 'Why You Mad?', Birdman's upcoming single ft. Nicki & Weezy. Listen to the tagless snippet below:
