The release comes with remixes by French Fries, Beataucue and Astronomar & Swick and speaking of Dominique Young Unique for that matter, she will perform at the Roskilde Festival the 5-8th of July and the 6th of July she will guest the summer club CAKE over at Nefertiti in Gothenburg here in Sweden, so stoked for that night to be honest. Toddla T - 'Body Dub' Official Video & Agitated by Ross Orton & Pipes Release

Last year Toddla T dropped his album "Watch Me Dance" and one year later two legends of the Sheffield underground music scene, Ross Orton & Pipes will rework the old album called "Toddla T - Watch Me Dance - Agitated by Ross Orton & Pipes", set for release on August the 13th. A true Steel City re-work of the original album that goes much further and has way more coherence than a series of unrelated remixes.

Seen some familiar faces among the cameos? Brooke Candy is a new encounter on this site and she's a 22 year old rapper, stripper and photographer hailing from the US of A and in a recent chat with Vice Style she declares she's "all about women helping women" [...] "There aren't enough collaborations like there were back in the day. Remember that track "Ladies Night" with Missy, Angie Martinez, Da Brat, and Left Eye?". In other words, Brooke Candy is exactly what the scene need right now, someone to bring unity instead of those petty fights Azealia Banks sadly invest her time in.

Next Friday the official video for Chippy Nonstop's 'Kicked Out The Club' (taken off Chippy's #GlobalSkoolofTwerk-release) will go live and it's directed by none other than Kreayshawn who will finally unleash her debut album "Somethin' Bout Kreay" via Colombia Records later this summer and the list of features is a pretty good one. I've previously reported about hers and Chippy Nonstop's collaboration on that one as well but Kreay is also guested by Diplo and Sissy Nobby on a song called 'Twerkin', KiD CuDi, V-Nasty, Jean Baptiste and together with 2 Chainz she serves up the first meal off the album, her brand new single called 'Breakfast (Syrup)'.

Monday's Dutch DJ/Producer, and recent Columbia records signing, Don Diablo dropped his debut single 'Silent Shadows', a collaboration where he worked with the music together with the guys from Noisia and the lyrical concept together with Swedish vocal talent Mirou (Marlene Strand). The single EP (buy off iTunes here) features a grand total of 9 tracks, among them remixes by Quilnez, Mind Vortex, Keljet, Drive By Disco and this nice take by one of the grime-scene's finest Preditah:

Review & Photos: Estelle (UK) Live @ Alcazar, Nalen Stockholm

Tuesday's (the 1st of May) Estelle graced Stockholm with her first official visit throughout her career when she performed live at Alcazar, Nalen. I've been to concerts and festivals since I was a toddler but I must say, this gig was something extra, out of the ordinary. It was on that level when you've had one of them shitty days and something or someone just picks you up and makes you stand tall and strong.

During the 1,5 hour Estelle walked thorough her whole repertoire from classics like '1980', 'American Boy' and 'Freak' to new material like her single 'Thank You' from "All of Me" and her smashing take on D'Banj's 'Oliver Twist'. She also managed to switch it up with some well known classics like 'Blame it on the Boogie' and a hot steamy version of Bob Marley's 'Is This Love' to name a few. I could shower this review with positive adjectives for a year or more but I'm settling for three now: vibrant, soulful and absolutely amazing.
