KillaQueenz Laying Down the Law on the "Boyfriend" EP

Long time since we heard something new from Belizean Bombshell and Kween G of the KillaQueenz, but today's the day people as them Australian queenz are laying down some serious vocal law on this halftime crunk groove.

Stellar artwork as always when it comes from The Sweat It Out-camp, but they also issue a WARNING with this release: If you are fighting with your girl, hide this track! The original is a sparse clickfest a'la Cool Kids and its remixes (all from boys thou) represent one of the most varied releases that has ever sprung out of the sweatshop-vomb.

Let's have a look at them remixes, first up (my least fave of them all) Dcup completely flips the withdrawn urban nihilism of the original and jams into a summer anthem! Did he turn up at your house with a bunch of flowers, chocolates, champagne!? Dcup you sneaky devil! If your into sweet 80's bass hook, sweet chords and horns, this is your thing.

And if Dcup represents that L.A 80's melodic funk, Wax Motif’s remix represents something utterly different! The Sweat It Out- in house ghetto technician has gone completely bonkers rave Major Lazor meets Bronski Beat meets Robert Miles!

Finishing i all off is Ruckus Roboticus' with his first remix for Sweat It Out and the best remix from this EP. A smoking hot tribal tech ghetto shuffle jam, turning the sixties on it's head and telling it how it is.
