Yey! Finally some new RiRi that's listenable, I've only played the original of 'Russian Roulette' twice as it's a major sauce-fest but this, the upcoming second single from the new album, co-produced by Stargate and Chase & Status is actually kinda catchy. The video is directed by Anthony Mandler.
But, cause nowadays there's almost always a but, I'm still not buying into this new dark and twisty Rihanna. I'm just so sick and tired of the whole 1980's revival in terms of fashion and punky make up like on the cover of "Rated R" shot by Ellen von Unwerth.
"Rated R" drops the 23rd and according to Island/Def Jam the standard edition tracklist looks like this:

I'm sorry to say but I'm not overly excited ('Hard', that's been all over them streets of Internet today, aside), GaGa's re-issued "The Fame: Monster" drops the same day and even if it's an re-release it feels way more fresher than this moody black story Rihanna's offering.
But hopefully I'm wrong. We'll just have to wait and see.
